There is one menu per week, split by delivery day. Deliveries are made Wednesdays and Fridays.
Corresponding dates are shown on the menus which are updated regularly.

What areas do you deliver to?
For meal prep orders, I currently deliver to Great Denham, Biddenham, Kempston, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridge and surrounding areas. Contact me if you would like delivery outside these areas.
I deliver to most places including London for catering orders. Please get in touch via email or telephone if you would like to place an order or ask any questions.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free!
How does delivery work?
I prepare, chill and deliver the food on the same day for optimum freshness.
Delivery is made between 5:00pm-7:00pm on your selected delivery day.
The meals are transported in insulated cool bags, and then I hand over the meals to you in paper bags to reduce excessive waste packaging.
Don't miss out on your delivery! If you will not be able to make it home during the delivery window, leave me a note at checkout; I can leave your meals with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order for delivery is £20 which works out at 2 meals or a few delicious desserts.
Will my food be delivered hot or cold?
I deliver re-heatable home cooked meals so, your meals will arrive cold and ready to heat or store in the fridge. Use by dates and heating instructions will be displayed in your meal bag.
Do you provide allergen information?
All ingredients are available on the order page before you place your order. When you receive your order, your meal will have a sticker to let you know if there are any allergens in your meal however if you have any questions, get in touch. I'm happy to help.

How long does the food last?
All meals come with a use by date, and I recommend keeping food in the fridge for 3 days from delivery. Some meals like the lasagne can be frozen for up to 1 month however I recommend eating them fresh as they will taste better this way.
How do I reheat the food?
There are cooking instructions on each meal label, so you can always feel confident reheating your meals correctly.
Reheating in a microwave oven is the quickest and easiest way to enjoy your meals, but you can also heat up your meals in an oven.
My plans have changed and would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?
You may cancel your order by emailing mannys.kitchen@outlook.com with 48 hours notice.
Cancellations made after this point will not be refunded.
Every meal is made to order so I order exact amounts of fresh produce that are needed each day. I do this to reduce waste.
